摘要
Atactic polypropylene is generated as a byproduct during the industrial production of polypropylene. Atactic polypropylene has limited applications in the industry. However, if atactic polypropylene is modified chemically, it can be used in various industrial applications. In this study, the modification of atactic polypropylene was made by maleic anhydride using a batch reactor. A grafting reaction is used in the modification of atactic polypropylene, evaluated at different conditions. The products were tested to measure the properties of modified atactic polypropylene. The test results were analyzed to determine the suitable conditions for production of the modified atactic polypropylene.
