摘要
This paper provides a preliminary study of framework development to manage co-creation process in order to improve customer satisfaction and environmental performance. The study clarified the importance to manage co-creation process for PSS. The discussion on PSS and Co-creation process reveals similarity regarding network and technology requirement to establish the system implies that co-creation process naturally embedded in PSS. Nevertheless, managing the co-creation process become another challenge. To manage co-creation process for PSS, this paper identified the influential factors of co-creation process considering the network and technology. The factors that included in the networks are number of actors, degree of centrality, diversity of actors and network density. The influential factors of co-creation process from technology perspective are modularity and system interoperability. The expected benefits for the company will be in terms of knowledge of co-creation management under product-service system. (C) 2017 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
