Aiming at the domestic coal mine disasters increase increasingly, the safe problems, which include the gas charging out and gas Bang etc. Joining, together with contemporary the science development and present condition, clarified the technical importance in science; At the same time, it discussed the benefit to its thorough development in detail, progresses but studying in the coal mine safe technique researching realm and its reason why need refresh urgently, contents and profound meanings of the new ideas for those opposite undeveloped state in the current coal mine safety technique or the slow- moving research present condition.
