摘要：
One feature of change which has been gathering force in the field of academic and professional journals is online access. User preference and economic pressures have caused many libraries to cancel print journal subscriptions in the expectation by users that online access will be cheaper, whilst journal practices and expectations are changing, authors are seeking copyright retention, and archives make journal material more available.
