摘要：

The theme of this article is how to reflect the fairness of income distribution. The research methodology of this article combined empirical analysis and normative analysis. Through the analysis, we know that income disparity is detrimental to the construction of a harmonious society. At the same time, equitable income distribution system can not be done overnight. The research result is: In order to achieve the equity of income distribution, we need to overcome some technical problems. Through improving the system and adjusting policies, we can quickly and effectively promote the minimization of income distribution problem.
