摘要
There are four basic ways of communicating electronically: text, audio, static graphic, and video. Various e-learning platforms (such as WebCT, Black Board, etc) have been developed around/incorporated/facilitating these modes of communication. However, a platform loaded with all for one features are not necessary the best for individual class. In this paper, we would like to share our experience in using various learning platforms and tools. Specifically, we will report our experience in using WebCT and Interwise Communications Platform. While the authors have been using various tools (including some developed/integrated by the authors), this paper will focus on our experience in using the Interwise tools in our CT212 Network Programming and Design subject which has a student population of 500, Survey results of soliciting views of students and tutors are also reported.
