A Schopfites claviger-Auroraspora macra Biozone palynological assemblage from the Tournaisian Dron Member of the Ballagan Formation in the New Farm A borehole, Midland Valley of Scotland, contains abundant large monolete land plant spores. These are described as Curriculomonoletes orbis gen. et sp. nov. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
