摘要
Building products are in the situation of high energy consumption and pollution in China, and the development of building energy efficiency is slow for weak energy efficiency consciousness. This paper starts illustrates the current status and problems of construction products, analyzes the cost and benefit of construction efficiency development in China, and indicates the great significance of building energy efficiency to sustainable development, energy saving and environment protections. The paper discusses the multi-energy consumption pattern in China and its future tendency of development, and puts forward four measures of construction efficiency: to make feasible construction energy conservation standards, to do more propaganda work, to act as circumstances permits, proceed in an orderly way, and raise the ability of comprehensive research on construction energy saving technique.
