摘要
The paper addresses the actual issues of the enterprise communications development management. Basic principles of management are analyzed. There is defined the correlation of functions and methods of communications management, as well as the sequence of transformation of functions, methods and means into administrative decisions. An author's approach of information and communications management is developed. Advanced functional algorithm of information and communications management based on indistinct modeling is presented.
