摘要
Aiming at the problem of group decision making with multiple attributes and mixed evaluation information, an evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy and VIOKR is proposed. Firstly, the different types of attribute values are transformed into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers so that deal with the mixed evaluation information, which reduces the randomness and fuzziness of the evaluation. Then, the minimum deviation optimization model is established and the weight of the expert is calculated, which solves the problem that the weight information of experts and attributes is unknown. Then VIKOR theory is introduced to aggregate the information and evaluate, next compared with the TOPSIS method to illustrate the feasibility and reliability of this algorithm. Finally, a power supply vehicle is viewed as the research object to make decision on the level of personnel business, the results show that the group decision-making method can realize the decision-making effectively, and has better application value in engineering.
