摘要
To form an effective customer collaborative product innovation (CCPI) team, customer selection is a crucial stage. In this work, a customer selection model for CCPI team is proposed considering comprehensively the individual knowledge competence and collaborative performance. Then, to solve the model, a genetic algorithm (GA) is developed. Finally, a real case is provided to illustrate the application of the model, and the GA is implemented to select the desired customers for CCPI team composition.
