摘要
The technologies for bioremediation of soil polluted with oil and its products are primarily based on the ability of some microorganisms to degrade the above pollutants. Our approach includes both the activation of local microflora and application of the respective biopreparations. Strains capable to degrade oil and oil products were isolated from contaminated soil from different climatic regions. Their degradative activities toward mazut in model systems were characterized by weight and element analyses. Degraders' activities toward different mazut components were estimated using the mathematical analysis of FTIR spectra. Groups of the cultures with the similar character of mazut degradation and/or transformation were revealed by cluster analysis. Several combinations of degraders together with biogenic additives and an additional nutrients were used as constituents of several biopreparations. The residual content of alkanes on diesel fuel-contaminated sites was reduced twice compared to control within two months after treatment with biopreparation. As for mazut degradation, application of biopreparation during two months reduced the amount of heavy fractions in mazut-contaminated soil by 30-50%.
