摘要：
The purpose of the present research is to develop a new and efficient algorithm based on morphological methods mixed with statistics methods in order to make automatic localization of microcalcifications, clustered or not, in digitalized mammograms. This method could be used as a Radiologist Aid System (RAS) and it would allow improving the efficiency in large screenings.
