Research on Optimization for Quality Evaluation System of the Business Enterprise Modern Information Management

Owing to failure on the practical application of the evaluation system of quality of enterprise information management formulated on "business research" in November, 2005, this paper optimizes it and modifies its computing index (CI). The paper analyses the reasons for shortages of the previous evaluation system of quality and establishes the new framework of quality evaluation system in four aspects of the information resource management, knowledge management, the application for computer-based information system and the quality of the staff. Meanwhile, the paper modifies the corresponding computing index (CI). The calculation method and corresponding mathematical model are put forward. The modified CI is more practical and feasible than the previous CI, and it can valuate the quality of information management of business enterprise which is not only at the primary stage of informatization construction but also at the advanced stage of information management.
