Electrical characterisation of SrCe0.95Y0.05O3-delta

摘要
SrCe0.95Y0.05O3-delta was prepared and characterised. The effect of A-site substoichiometry on the density and electrical conductivity of ceramic samples was investigated. Electrical conductivity was determined as a function of density, P-O2 and temperature. Regions of ionic, n- and p-type conductivity were identified. The ionic conductivity at 800 degrees C was found to be 7.8 mS/cm.
