摘要
A three-phase composite based on multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) and ferroelectric phase BaTiO(3) particles embedded in polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) was prepared by using simple blending and hot-molding technique. The dielectric properties of composites containing (carbon nanotube + BaTio(3)) in PVDF matrix as a function of the frequency and the volume fraction of CNT and BaTiO(3) were studied. The results showed that these kind of three-component composites have giant dielectric constant and low dielectric loss which are interesting parameters for application in energy storage.
