摘要：

The P-factor in conjunction with the rework is then used form an adjustment factor. This factor adjusts the accrued EV to a lower amount, termed "effective earned value," and noted EV((e)). The reduced EV is then used to calculate effective ES((e)). These effective values are, in turn, used to calculate effective schedule performance efficiencies SPI((te)). Finally, the duration of project are computed using this these efficiencies.
