摘要
We have observed the enhancement of the Ar11+ beam intensity from the RIKEN 18 GHz electron cyclotron resonance ion source (ECRIS) when using the electrode at the floating potential. We have successfully obtained the beam intensity of 280 e mu A for Ar11+ at an extraction voltage of 15 kV.
