摘要
The goal of our work was the characterisation and possible separation of different ordinary and heavy metal cations through coordinative compounds formation by paper and capillary electrophoresis. The high voltage paper electrophoresis was used in order to characterise the two ligands in reaction with different metal cations. The ligand (I) [AsW11O39](7-) has formed with Cu(II), Zn(II) and Mn(II) cations the corresponding complexes in 1/1 ratio; for the ligand (II) [NaAs4W40O140](27-) - the complexes formed with the rare earth cations La(III), Ce(III,IV), Th(IV) and U(IV) have 1/2 ratio. The optimum pH domain for coordination complexes formation is the interval of pH for ligand (I) between 5 divided by 7, respectively for ligand (II) between 4 divided by 6. The ligand (I) capillary zone electropherograms show 2 different peaks with good separation and resolution only for the neutral pH=7.01, but with many peaks at acid pH=2.95.
