A headspace gas chromatographic method for the analysis of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol in a system involving metalloporphyrins as catalyst

摘要
This paper describes a Headspace gas chromatographic method for the assay of compounds in synthesis involving metalloporphyrins as catalysts for alkan oxidation. The method gives good resolution, repeatability detection limit and shows a linear response, which demonstrates the suitability of the method for real samples. This procedure allows the determination of the reaction products of catalytic process and it does not contaminate the GC system.
