摘要：

The emergence and development of knowledge management has its inherent logic and necessity, Nowdays it has been becoming a most effective way of modern enterprise. According to the new definition of knowledge management, the article not only considers that the key of knowledge management lies in the development and integration of its tacit knowledge but also points out that the human management is the key of knowledge management of the modern enterprise management based on the macro background of the globalization and rapid economic development. In the meantime, this article also analyzes the basic path of the human management of modern enterprises and provides a workable new ideas and operational framework for effective knowledge management of modern enterprises.
