摘要：

The development of Hebei cultural and creative industries is inseparable from government regulation. This paper discusses the necessity of government regulation of cultural and creative industries. It describes the status of government regulation of cultural and creative industries from the views of industrial policy, fiscal policy, land policy and market supervision. By Analyzing inadequacy of government regulation of Hebei cultural industries, and based on "the systematic", "dos and don'ts" and "regulatory costs", this paper puts forward to some suggestions about how to make government policy of cultural and creative industries.
