摘要
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin Q is one of the most important water-soluble vitamins. it is needed for many physiological functions in human biology. Fresh fruits, vegetables and also synthetic tables supplement the ascorbic acid requirement of the body. However, stress, smoking, infections and burns deplete the ascorbic acid reserves in the body and demands higher doses of ascorbic acid supplementation. A rapid and sensitive spectrometric method is proposed for the determination of ascorbic acid and some kinetic calculations are presented. The result obtained for the half time, constant rate and activation energy were determined by the theoretic method. The proposed method is rapid and sensitive. This method is compared with the literature data and and the results obtained are in good agreement.
