Heat capacity and thermodynamic functions of nanostructured manganese ferrites of composition NdMe1.5MnFeO6 (Me = Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba) in the temperature range from 298.15 to 673 K

摘要
The isobaric heat capacities of nanostructured manganese ferrites NdMe1.5MnFeO6, where Me is Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba, are investigated at Delta T ranging from 298.15 to 673 K by means of dynamic calorimetry. It is established that all of the investigated compounds exhibit lambda-shape anomalies on dependence graphs C (p) A degrees similar to (T) that could be due to second-order phase transitions. Dependence equations C (p) A degrees similar to(T) are derived with allowance for the temperatures of phase transitions and the temperature dependences of their thermodynamic functions SA degrees(T), HA degrees(T) - HA degrees(298.15), and I broken vertical bar (xx) (T) are calculated for the temperature range of 298.15 to 675 K.
