摘要
Vibrational spectroscopies hold great promise for applications in medical diagnosis, especially if they can be applied invivo. Recent advances in flexible fiber probe design, enable good quality Raman spectra of tissue to be obtained in vivo. Here we illustrate this with Raman spectra of rat tissues, obtained ex vivo and in vivo.
