摘要
Voltage Control Areas (VCAs) dividing is the basis of secondary voltage control, but the traditional methods have some disadvantages such as the complexity of calculation and determination of the number of VCAs. At first This paper proposes a voltage partition method based on spectral coefficient clustering algorithm in which the concept of average distance was used, and then with the application of some statistical indicators, the criteria for judging the best result of voltage partition was also introduced. At last a case study based on a practical system was provided to show its validity and reliability.
