摘要
The resonance properties of the lot: frequency collective plasma modes excited in the nonequilibrium region of the superconductor by a phase-slip center in the non-Josephson oscillation regime (NJO) were studied. These propagating plasma modes of superconducting electrons are of technical importance because of the wave guiding properties of a single superconducting film. We have studied changes in resonance frequency of these oscillations depending on the superconducting film thickness It was determined that this effect is closely related to the magnitude of the superconductor kinetic inductance. For the nonequilibrium region of 10 microns length it was found that near the temperature of the superconducting transition ( T > 0,99 . T-c) the resonance frequency lies in the radio-frequency band close to 30 MHz.
