摘要：

Raman spectra of poly(vinyl alcohol)-potassium-thiocyanate films are studied. Parameters of vibrational and orientational relaxation of thiocyanate ion in the polymer matrix are determined. The character and rate of vibrational dephasing become identical to SCN- vibrations in aqueous solution at salt concentrations ae<yen>0.3 M.
