摘要
The article discusses the current language policy of selected constituent entities of the Russian Federation: Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), in particular, the subject of research is the education system, as today the involvement of languages in the education system is one of the most effective means of successfully implementing the language policy of federal states and their regions. It should be noted that when using the native language as a learning language, certain difficulties arise, such as: lack of necessary training materials, the need to develop appropriate terminology for education, a shortage of teachers with the necessary training, etc. In addition, there are difficulties in the teaching of the language. The methodology of teaching the language is constantly changing and can be very different not only in different countries, but even in one country. Much depends on the prevailing language concept and the paradigms of language teaching, as well as on the role assigned to the taught language. Thus, language policy is a complex and often contradictory process, which, on the one hand, is intended to unite all citizens of a multinational state, on the other hand, to take into account their individual characteristics and needs to ensure the comfort of all participants in a language image within a single multinational state. The result of the work will be recommendations on improving the effectiveness of language policy and a generalized forecast of the development of languages in the regions studied.
