Structure of the O-specific polysaccharide from the marine bacterium Rheinheimera japonica KMM 9513T, containing N-glycosidic bond between monosaccharides

摘要
The O-specific polysaccharide was isolated from the lipopolysaccharide of type strain Rheinheimera japonica KMM 9513(T) and studied by sugar analysis, Smith degradation, and two-dimensional H-1 and C-13 NMR spectroscopy including H-1,H-1-TOCSY, H-1,H-1-COSY, H-1,H-1-ROESY, H-1,C-13-HSQC, H-1,C-13-HMBC, H-1,C-13-H2BC and H-1,C-13-HSQC-TOCSY experiments. The new structure of the O-specific polysaccharide of R. japonica KMM 9513(T) containing N-glycosidic bond was established: [GRAPHICS] (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
