摘要：

The successful operation of Shipbuilding Supply Chain depends on reasonable profits distribution. In fact, profits distribution among partners is an-person game. The nucleus is of the features of superiority and stability. The paper presents a profits distribution method based on nucleus theory, and an example is also given.
