摘要：

Chinese and foreign universities have done a lot of exploration on tourism management capacity training, and formed many typical modes. On the basis of analyzing the training targets, training mode and curriculum structures of undergraduate education among famous universities between Chinese and foreign countries, the authors put forward some effective suggestions in order to reconstruct curriculum structure and training mode which can provide better training for tourism talents. This research may contribute to promote sustainable development of Chinese higher education.
