A critical opinion; of the in former papers applied model of 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate reactions with macrodiols catalyzed by catalytic systems: tri(tributyltin)isocyanate + triethylenediamine, di(tributyltin)carbodiimide + triethylenediamine and tin(II) chloride (SnCl2)+ triethylenediamine is expressed. A new model for the reactions considering the synergetic effect observed in real reaction systems is proposed. Test results of the model for catalytic system creating hypothetical complex (during selforganization processes) in molar ratio of two catalysts, di(tributyltin)carbo-diimide and triethylene diamine as 1:1, are presented.
