摘要
At present, computers and information technologies have become a vital part of our lives and are widely been in used for education and learning. More and more schools and parents are incorporating computers for educating preschool children. Studies have shown that early interaction with computers and technology can help improve the cognitive and motor skills of preschool children. Although a lot of systems have been developed for children of various ages however, most of the systems developed for preschool children have not been developed keeping in view their inadequate cognitive and motor skills. This paper aims to revisit the development processes in preschool children to design a desktop system to help them learn basic concepts of mathematics.
