摘要
Our study shows that a large variety of nano- and micro-scale structures can be controllably produced on metallic biomaterials such as titanium, platinum, and gold using direct femtosecond laser processing techniques. This process provides a way for controlling behaviors of both proteins and cells. Also, we find the laser treatment conditions for producing femtosecond laser-induced periodic structures that can be suitable for surface-plasmon-based biosensors.
