Information space convergence as a new stage of e-governance development in Eurasian economic space

The article describes the main provisions of convergence paradigm of electronic government development and information space of regional authorities. The analysis of the main parameters of the digital divide in the Eurasian economic space in the face of increasing the level of economic development, information technology, competitiveness, and access to the Internet, developing e-government was performed. In these conditions, the signs of information spaces convergence are determined and the model of information space convergence is developed. In this framework we showed the position about necessity of expansion of the information economy structure by incorporating new convergence paradigm.
