摘要
Basic approaches to regulation of programmed cell death (apoptosis) are discussed. Apoptosis plays the key role in the regulation of hemopoietic cell proliferation, differentiation, and viability. The mechanisms of apoptosis regulation are disordered in acute leukemia, which causes the development of the leukemic clone and determines its resistance to cytostatic therapy.
