Silver(I)-Dipyridylpyrimidine Complexes with Argentophilic Interactions and Their Luminescent Properties

摘要
Two silver(I) complexes [Ag-2(L)(2)](CF3COO)(2) (1) and [Ag-2(L)(2)](CF3SO3)(2) (2) [L=2-methyl-4,6-di(pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidine] were synthesized and characterized by elemental, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The binuclear complexes 1 and 2 form infinite 1D chains through argentophilic interactions, and further extend into 2D supramolecular networks by pi-pi interactions. The photoluminescent measurements reveal that complex 2 exhibits fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature and the luminescent decay time was determined. CCDC; 827908, 1; 827909, 2.
