摘要
The polymer synthesis by in vitro enzyme catalysis was discussed. The enzyme-catalyzed condensation polymerizations which included self-condensation reactions and AA-BB type enzymatic polytransesterifications were studied. The effect of reaction parameters such as solvent, enzyme concentration, reaction water content and reaction temperature on polyester synthesis was also elaborated.
