Influence of double implantation of Ni and N ions on physical properties of TiNi

摘要
The paper presents results of investigations of distribution of chemical elements in Ti after implantation of N+ ions and after double implantation of N+ and Ni+ ions. It was observed two maximum of distribution of N due to presence of Ni elements. This effect was not observed after only N+ implantation. Due to presence of Ni elements appeared tension, that caused migration of N ions outside the maximum of Ni ions distribution. On the surface of implanted Ti samples appear craters of various dimensions cased by sputtering of large doses of N+ and Ni+.
