摘要：

According to the present situation in the management of science field and the development of international information industry, the new subject on the analysis of technology opportunity based on data network is set forth in this essay. In addition, an overall explanation involving the basic contents, the system of methods and its way of realization about this subject is also given. In the meantime, this essay indicates that the study of this new subject can not only raise the judgement on the development of science and technology in our country, provide scientific basis for the dynamic tracing, forecasting analysis and policies on science and technology formulated by the government in some strategic fields. Furthermore, the study of this subject has important value to promate the combination of information science and technical management science as well as to enrich and develop ways and contents on the management research into science and technology.
