摘要
P>An MRI-based method was developed to measure lower limb lengths. By comparison with direct measurement of a cadaver femur, the accuracy of the method was verified as over 99%. Reliability and inter-observer agreement were excellent (correlation coefficients r > 0.99.). This method is accurate and reliable. It shows promise for reducing radiation dose to the paediatric population at large by replacing measurements based on radiographs or computed tomography.
