摘要：
We characterize the compactness of differences of weighted composition operators from the weighted Bergman space A(alpha)(p), 0 < p < infinity, alpha > -1, to the weighted-type space H-v(infinity) of analytic functions on the open unit disk D in terms of inducing symbols phi(1), phi(2) : D -> D and u(1), u(2) : D -> C. For the case 1 < p < infinity we find an asymptotically equivalent expression to the essential norm of these operators. (C) 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
