Dynamics of a 180° domain wall in a cubic ferromagnet with an induced magnetic anisotropy:: (011) slab

摘要
The motion of domain walls with nearly limiting velocities in a cubic ferromagnet with an induced magnetic anisotropy was studied theoretically. The Landau-Lifshitz equation was reduced to a modified double sine-Gordon equation with a higher dispersion. Its soliton solution was found in the form of a 4pi kink, corresponding to a moving 180degrees domain wall. Dependences of the velocity of stationary motion of a domain wall on the constants of induced magnetic anisotropy along various crystallographic axes were determined.
