Transformational Leadership and Employees' Work-Related Outcomes: The Moderating Effects of Interactive Justice

摘要
Building on previous researches, this study empirically tested the relationship between transformational leadership and followers' job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, and the moderating effects of interactive justice. Our sample comprised 270 employees from 26 filiales of China Petrochemical Corporation. The results indicated that transformational leadership was positively related to followers' job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, interactive justice was positively associated with followers' job performance, and followers' interactive justice moderated the relationship between transformational leadership behavior and followers' job performance and organizational citizenship behavior.
