摘要
This paper presents an improved low-pass filter based on compact microstrip resonant cell (CMRC), which exhibits slow-wave characteristics. Based on this structure, a local oscillator (LO) filter with a passband of 0-130GHz and an intermediate frequency (IF) filter with a passband of 0-50GHz are designed, which can be applied in the terahertz subharmonic mixer. The simulation results show that filter shares a more compact structure while maintaining a low insertion loss and high rejection in the stopband.
