摘要
Objective: Explore the changing characteristics of the intestinal flora of patients with gestational diabetes and its correlation with serum metabolic indicators and inflammatory factors. Methods: A randomly selected group of 104 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were the research group. A total of 104 healthy pregnant women undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The basic clinical data, changes in intestinal flora, changes in serum metabolic indexes, and inflammatory factors of the study group and the control group were compared. The Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between HbA1c and intestinal flora changes, serum metabolic indicators, and inflammatory factors in patients with gestational diabetes. Results: Compared with the control group, the number of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Bacteroides, and high density lipoprotein (HDL) levels in the study group were significantly reduced, while the number of Escherichia coli, fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), 2 hours postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), and C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) levels increased significantly (p<0.01). According to the Pearson correlation test analysis, HbA1c was significantly negatively correlated with the number of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Bacteroides and HD1 level, and was significantly negatively correlated with the number of E. coli, FBG, 2hPG, TC, TG, LDL, CRP, IL-6, and TNF-alpha levels (p<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with normal pregnant women, the intestinal flora, glucose, and lipid metabolism indexes and inflammatory factors are significantly abnormal in patients with gestational diabetes, and there is a significant correlation between them and gestational diabetes.
