摘要：
Knowing the unique challenges that low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) face, pharmacogenomics research, a key discipline of precision medicine, is much less available in LMICs when compared with higher income countries. Nevertheless, there have recently been major efforts in collaborations and capacity building in genomic medicine in LMICs, many of which have already culminated into publications, data, and actions, and it is hoped that these efforts will keep on expanding.
