摘要
Composition-depth profiling using differeht emission angles of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed surface enhancement of platinum concentration of the CoPt(30at%) alloy extensively annealed to 1000 K in ultrahigh vacuum. The results are compared with theoretical predictions basing on models with no crystal face dependence.
