摘要
The authors present the developed methodology for risk & reliability assessment of the piping of district heating (DH) network. Methodology includes several types of analyses: statistical data analysis, deterministic-probabilistic structural integrity analysis, probabilistic analysis, and thermal-hydraulic analysis. The proposed methodology has four stages: (1) identification of the piping with the highest failure rate; (2) calculation of failure probability by structural integrity analysis; (3) pipelines' failure probability updating with regard to historic failure data of DH network; (4) evaluation of consequences in case of accidents (N-1 principle). Developed methodology was applied for risk and reliability assessment for Kaunas city (Lithuania) DH network.
